2. Shipping Methods
GenRx Peptides ships all products using trackable delivery services to ensure secure and verifiable delivery.
Carriers may include USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on destination and order requirements.
3. Shipping Times
Estimated transit time for most U.S. orders is 3–5 business days.
Please note these are estimated delivery times. Actual transit time may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or regional delivery restrictions.
4. Tracking Information
Once an order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates to ensure successful delivery.
5. Shipping Restrictions
GenRx Peptides currently ships within the United States only.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations at this time.
Orders placed using invalid or incomplete addresses may experience delays or cancellation.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If a shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery or the last tracking update.
We will work with the carrier to initiate an investigation and, if applicable, arrange a replacement or refund.
GenRx Peptides is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier but subsequently lost or stolen.
7. Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information entered at checkout is accurate. GenRx Peptides is not responsible for misdelivered or undeliverable packages resulting from incorrect address information.
8. Temperature-Sensitive Products
Certain products may require temperature protection during shipping. These items will be packaged with appropriate insulation or cooling materials to maintain stability during transit. We recommend that all orders be received promptly upon delivery to ensure product integrity.
9. Order Changes or Cancellations
Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
